Cricket Practice Net Installation at Hollywood School
We were delighted to be asked to provide new practice nets for the Hollywood School Cricket Teams. This involved removing a layer of the existing turf and replacing with a new all-weather synthetic playing surface. Learn how our artificial pitches are low maintenance and have a long lifespan.
Surrounding this, we built an enclosure made with galvanised tubular steel posts. We then fixed strong black 50mm mesh polypropylene netting of 2mm thickness which can be permanent or semi-permanent, to allow high visibility and meet rigorous safety standards. We are able to construct these enclosures to bespoke measurements and requirements and the nets come with a 5 year guarantee.
Oxford University Pole Vault Installation
This project involved the building of a new EPDM recycled Polymeric rubber runway to the University’s specifications and the installation of a steel trough, complete with drainage tubes.
These runways are durable and long lasting and are often also used on running tracks and long jump runways as below.
Soham Village College Long Jump Refurbishment
For this project we were asked to look at an existing long jump facility at Soham College which was badly in need of a makeover.
We replaced the tired looking runway with a new hard-porous Redgra / Redpave running surface and installed a new sandpit filled with washed white sand. This was renovated entirely to Senior Club and School specification.
